Current COVID-19 Protocol

Worship Service Mandatory Protocol:

  • Registration: Required (limited capacity)
  • Masks: Required at all times* while on campus, including outdoors. (*Exception: Masks may be removed during the sermon portion of worship only.)
  • Social Distancing: Required at all times while on campus, including outdoors (households excluded)
  • Arrival/Exit: Please arrive 20 minutes early and plan to be seated no later than 9:50am. Ushers will assist you. Following the service, please exit the sanctuary through the designated doors. 
  • Childcare: You can register children Infant-K for the nursery. OKids worship (1st-4th) is not provided at this time. 
  • GIving: You can give online or drop off offerings into designated giving baskets. 
  • Health: Exposed, sick, or vulnerable can participate online.

 

Children’s Hallway Protocol:

  • Registration: Required for Infant-K.
  • Masks: Children must wear masks in the building but may remove them when they arrive in their classroom. Children 2 and under do not need to wear masks.
  • Temperature checks: Given upon arrival (must be under 100°).
  • Hand Washing: Children must wash their hands upon entering their room and before leaving.
  • Volunteer Protocol: Volunteers must wear masks into the building but have the option to remove them in the classroom once all children are dropped off. Volunteers will have their temperature checked upon arrival and will wash their hands upon entering their classroom and before leaving.
  • Health: Exposed, sick, or vulnerable should stay at home. 

 

On-Campus Activities Mandatory Protocol: (i.e. Women’s Min, Student Min, YAMs, etc)

  • Registration: Required to attend all onsite activities (limited capacity)
  • Masks: Required at all times while on campus, including outdoors
  • Social Distancing: Required at all times while on campus, including outdoors (households excluded)
  • Temperature Check: Upon arrival, please have your temperature checked by a staff member or trained volunteer via our thermal temperature devices (belltower and center entrances). If anyone tests over 100.0, the individual should return home.
  • Food: Individually-packaged items permitted while socially-distanced
  • Health: Exposed, sick, or vulnerable can participate in activities and ministry offerings via Zoom

 

Off-Campus Activities Recommended Protocol: (i.e. Community Groups, in-home meetings)

  • Registration/RSVP: Required to attend all offsite activities (limited capacity)
  • Masks: Strongly recommended at all times
  • Social Distancing: Strongly recommended at all times (households excluded)
  • Food: Individually-packaged items permitted while socially-distanced
  • Health: Exposed, sick, or vulnerable can participate in activities and ministry offerings via Zoom.
