Bring your children in their best costumes to enjoy an exciting afternoon of decorated trunks and treats!
October 29, 2017 4:00pm To October 29, 2017 6:00pm
Orangewood Church, PCA invites our neighbors to join our church family for this fun and FREE annual fall event!
What exactly is Trunk or Treat? Instead of going house to house in a neighborhood, enjoy a parking lot full of decorated car trunks! Come dressed in costume and visit each trunk to a special treat, participating in games and activities at many of the trunks.
This is a safe, non-scary environment for the whole family, and our trunk hosts come up with some of the most elaborate and innovate themes. In previous years, this has included Star Wars, Monsters Inc, bowling, beach, Legos and Krispy Kreme. We can’t wait to see what everyone comes up with this year!
Hot dogs, popcorn and snow cones are also available for free to enjoy. Stop by the church on October 29 anytime between 4:00-6:00pm to join us at Trunk or Treat.
Orangewood family, here’s how you can help with Trunk or Treat!
DONATE CANDY: Over 30,000 pieces of candy are given away for this free event and we need your donations to make it happen. Bring bags of individually-wrapped candy before October 29 on Sunday mornings, to the church office during the week or at the OCS Lower School main office.
HOST A TRUNK: Each year we have trunks hosted by families, friends and community groups. Exercise your creativity as you come up with a theme and decorate your car, van or truck to match. No scary themes, please.
VOLUNTEER: Several volunteers are needed to assist throughout the event in hospitality. Service hours are available for students who volunteer.
