About Parker

Parker, IMH 18528, received his MA in Counseling from Reformed Theological Seminary. He was a student ministry leader with RUF during his undergraduate years at Northwestern. He has since worked with students at a high school in the Bronx, juvenile sex offenders at a group home in Massachusetts, and distressed families throughout Orlando. Parker also spent a year in Nicaragua learning Spanish and managing an ice cream shop with his older brother.

Parker believes that because we are most profoundly wounded in the context of relationships, and it is in this context that we are most deeply healed. He places a strong emphasis on safety and trust within the counseling relationship.

Parker enjoys good conversations, playing sports or board games with friends, and reading aloud with his beautiful wife, Chelsea.
